This poster was presented during the 10th edition of the brain metastases research and emerging therapy conference in September 2021 in Paris. It presents the results of our review of the literature on non-cancer drug candidates that could be explored in the treatment of brain metastases.

Using our in-house methodology, we found 61 drugs with at least one relevant abstract, and 15 drugs that are or have been tested in clinical trials to treat brain metastases. We then selected 10 particularly interesting drug repurposing candidates and looked into more details about the biologic rationale and the specific patient population they could possibly serve.
